I’m passionate about holistic care, and attending to all aspects of who you are- body, mind, and soul. My MFT degree from Bethel Seminary in St. Paul, MN uniquely qualifies me to integrate spirituality into my sessions with clients, when desired. I am always pursuing growth in cultural competency, and feel privileged to have lived in several diverse areas of the U.S., as well as internationally. I have a deep interest in nutrition and natural remedies. I find the connections between nutrition, wellness, and mental health to be fascinating.
In my free time, I love making and eating delicious food, reading, yoga, beach bike rides, camping, and traveling with my husband and three kids.
